The CNY Out of School Network is a coalition of community members who are dedicated to
promoting, providing and increasing opportunities for youth to engage in quality programs and experiences before and after school.
The Network is a partnership of public, private and not-for-profit agencies who are committed to ensuring that all children have access to out of school time resources in their communities.
Goals of the Network include:
♦Developing or advocating for policies that support out of school time programs and positive youth outcomes
♦Promoting program quality through the use of quality assessment tools and training
♦Building the capacity of organizations and individuals to sustain and expand youth programs
♦Support the use of best practices through information sharing and professional development
